In this project, designID was tasked with transforming two independent store spaces into a unified all-day venue in the heart of the city. The owners desired a warm, inviting environment that would serve as a daytime space, while also incorporating elements that would signal the shift to a more evening-oriented atmosphere, with lighting playing a key role in creating a cozy evening hangout.
To achieve this, golden accents were introduced, imparting both luxury and tranquility to the space. A robust bar was designed with a black technogranite countertop, which serves as a focal point, especially during the evening, when complemented by the right lighting. The columns were cladded with large glossy tiles to enhance the sense of luxury, while wooden panels and wallpaper were applied to the ceiling, adding an extra layer of warmth and character.
To balance the shine and opulence, soft-textured fabrics in earthy tones were selected, along with carpet-imitation floor tiles, which help to calm the space and create an inviting atmosphere. This combination results in a venue that is not only appealing from the early morning hours but also remains welcoming well into the late evening.
