The project involved the renovation of a 100 sqm apartment in Agrinio, intended by the owner for rental purposes. Given this objective, the design approach was deliberately kept simple and minimal to appeal to a broad range of potential tenants, despite the comprehensive nature of the renovation. Materials and colors were selected in earthy tones to create a neutral and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen underwent a complete transformation, featuring bold yet understated design elements, incorporating soft hues and wood as the dominant material, adding warmth and character to the space. In the living and dining areas, perimeter indirect lighting was integrated alongside the existing fixtures, allowing for customizable lighting options to suit different occasions and moods. The same design philosophy was applied to the two bathrooms, where soft materials and a cohesive aesthetic were utilized. Post-renovation, the apartment exudes a sense of calmness and cleanliness, providing an inviting and comfortable living environment.
