This specific project was very challenging, as our office was tasked with renovating an optician's shop that has enjoyed many years of successful operation in the heart of the shopping center in Agrinio. In recent years, the owner's daughter took over the business and requested a visual renewal and upgrade of the store through a design that honors its long-standing history.
The ceiling, with added lighting in its center, and the floor were kept as they were, while all other areas of the store were redesigned and reconstructed from scratch. The primary change proposed by the architectural design was in the way the glasses were displayed, which differed significantly from the previous display method. Narrow, long wooden storage shelves were selected to run along the entire length of the two main walls of the store, with storage furniture and drawers placed directly parallel to the display shelves above. This arrangement ensured additional storage space for the store's merchandise.
With this renovation, the store's promotional philosophy was completely revamped compared to its original layout. The owners presented a fresh, highly professional space to their customers, offering great potential for the future.
